• PDF export functionality
• Resume sharing features

Certain features may require a paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

Pro Plan ($17.99/month):

• Unlimited AI optimizations
• All premium templates
• Watermark-free PDF export
• JD analysis and matching
• Priority support

Team Plan ($34.99/seat/month):

• All Pro features
• Team collaboration
• Centralized billing
• Admin dashboard

Billing and Renewal:

• Subscriptions renew automatically monthly
• You can cancel anytime from Settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months
• Prices subject to change with 30-day notice

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to create false, misleading, or fraudulent resumes
• Misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or education
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

Your Content:

You retain ownership of the resume content you upload or create. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and use your content solely to provide the Service to you.

Our Content:

The Service, including all text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by AimCV and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

AI-Generated Content:

AI suggestions and optimizations are provided for your guidance. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring all information in your resume is accurate and truthful.

AS-IS Service:

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• That defects will be corrected
• That the Service will meet your requirements
• Accuracy of AI-generated content
• Specific job interview or employment outcomes

Professional Advice:

The Service is not a substitute for professional career counseling, legal advice, or HR consultation. AI suggestions are recommendations only and should be reviewed critically.

ATS Compatibility:

While we optimize resumes for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), we cannot guarantee compatibility with every ATS, as systems vary by employer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AimCV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

• Lost profits or business opportunities
• Loss of data or employment opportunities
• Damage to your reputation or career
• Any other losses resulting from your use of the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

By You:

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

By Us:

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• Your account is inactive for 12+ months
• We discontinue the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. We may retain your data as required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to bring claims in your individual capacity only (not as a class action).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AimCV from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you upload or create

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AimCV
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent
